Gosh, it’s been an age since I posted anything and I have such a backlog of things to show you! Let’s get started with this gorgeous Fall-themed bridal luncheon, and what could be more appropriate than to call it “Fall in Love”! This intimate luncheon for sixteen was hosted at the delightful Watershed Restaurant on Peachtree and, as crisp, Autumn leaves fluttered down in the sunlight outside, so too the table perfectly reflected the autumnal day! The table was inspired by a collection of beautiful copper-dipped leaves which had been used to decorate the family’s Christmas tree at their lake house for many years. Floral arrangements of hydrangea, silver brunia and scabious were accented with mini white Cinderella pumpkin, lotus pods and pinecones. To this, we added a few faux silk leaves, reflecting a leafy canopy above which diffused the overhead lights like dappled sunlight. At each place setting, a rich moss green napkin was dressed with a pumpkin and one of the copper leaves and, alongside, a favor bag of handmade cookies was decorated with ribbon personalized for the happy couple. Over lunch, guests delighted over a photo montage of the bride especially produced by the bride’s father. And, once lunch was over, the hustle and bustle of last-minute wedding plans took over again as guests scattered to dress-fittings, wedding planner meetings and venue walk-throughs!
