Frosty mornings, ice blue skies – it’s certainly chilly out there, but it’s also the time of year to create your own (hopefully somewhat warmer) Winter Wonderland…! This month, we’ve had fun putting together not just one but two Wonderland themed parties. This first one, a Bat Mitzvah celebration, was a seated dinner for 100. Against a pure white backdrop, we used pale turquoise lighting and plenty of crystal accents to create a frosty scene. Centerpieces of sparkling salix branches were decorated with crystal snowflakes whist, on other tables, collections of crystal bead candleholders gave a warm glow and soft sparkle. We added layers of white on white – white linens, white chair covers, white frosted trees and huge white sparkling snowflakes. In the lobby, guest favors doubled as escort cards – decorated with a sparkling snowflake indicating their table numbers. A silver sequin linen added a luxe feel to the table, which was uplit from the back then set against a wall of white voile and tiny mini lights, and Riff Raff welcomed guests in his Jack Frost outfit!
Check back soon to see what we did for party number two…!
